2026 Point On Wave Applications Conference

We are excited to announce the 2026 Point On Wave Applications (PoWA) Conference!. The conference will be held on September 29 and 30, 2026 in Chattanooga, TN.

Call For Abstracts

The 2026 call for abstracts is now available. We are excited to also announce the first PoWA student poster competition.

Topics of interested include but are not limited to:

  • Analysis of Incipient Faults using Point on Wave data Model Estimation
  • Cyber-security related Applications
  • Analysis and Detection of Geomagnetic Events
  • Enhancement of Existing Decision Tools and Processes
  • Novel Applications of Point on Wave Data related to Power Quality and Related Issues
  • Predictive Maintenance Applications using Point on Wave Data

Abstract Submission Information:

  1. Authors name, Affiliation and contact information
  2. Title of proposed presentation
  3. Summary of proposed topic (up to ½ page)

This years conference will also incude a Student poster competition. The competiton is open to all students doing research or project work in the areas of interest. To submitt a student poster please follow the instructions above, but include "STUDENT POSTER ENTRY" in the submission. The registration fee will be waved for all students attending the conference.

All sponsors will be acknowledge on our website and have an opportunity to include their branding on conference materials.

Gold Level Sponsorship is available for $5,000.

Silver sponsorship level

Silver Level Sponsorship

Silver Sponsors receive a display table at the venue and 3 conference registrations. Silver Sponsors will be specifically acknowledged during a Breakfast or Coffee Break as sponsoring the 2026 PoWA Conference. All sponsors will be acknowledge on our website and have an opportunity to include their branding on conference materials.

Silver Level Sponsorship is available for $3,000.

Bronze sponsorship level

Bronze Level Sponsorship

Bronze Sponsors receive a display table at the venue and 2 conference registrations. Bronze Sponsors will be specifically acknowledged during a Coffee Break as sponsoring the 2026 PoWA Conference.
